Our exhibition spaces are 3m wide x 1.5m deep minimum. Some are slightly larger depending on the type of venue and the specific layout. There is a minimum headroom of 2.4m unless specifically stated on the floorplan.
It is down to location. Premium stands are often in areas of high traffic, high visibility or better visual prominence. Typically they are close to main thoroughfares for visitors heading in to or out of the event, to and from the Networking Cafe or to the seminar areas.
Your space can accommodate a 3 x 3 display wall, a table and 3 or 4 pop up banners or anything else within reason. We've had Formula 1 cars, Motorcycles, Hang Gliders, a Radio Station and a Mini Casino with Cocktail Bar so far!
We provide you with only the empty exhibition space as standard. There is no shell scheme or display walls around your area. You can book our Extras Pack if required which includes a trestle table (normally 1.8m x 90cm), a laundered and pressed table cloth, 2 chairs and a 13amp power outlet if required.
You must pre-book any extras before the event, we regret we cannot usually add items on the day.
Venues cannot guarantee connectivity for WiFi. It may or may not be available and we recommend that you make your own independent provision for internet access if you require it.
In certain areas, there are back walls and some end of row panels where you can design and print promotional materials to stick to the wall with non-permanent non-marking adhesives. However, there is NOT a shell scheme.
The floor is often carpeted, however, under no circumstances can anything be affixed to the floor at any time.
Nothing can be permanently stuck, nailed or attached to any walls in the venue. You can use Blu-tak or any other non-permanent sticky pads to temporarily adhere posters or flyers to walls if exhibiting against a wall or pillar. Nothing can be affixed outside your exhibition area.
There is no limit, you can bring as many as you choose.
We provide both a cafe and a trolley service to exhibitors as well as prebooked packed lunches. You can order your chosen refreshments for delivery on the day. Food and drink are not included and operate a cash bar basis.
You need to make sure that you make full payment within 7 days of booking or your space may be released as we usually have a waiting list for spaces. Check our terms of exhibiting for full policy details.
We try not to move any chosen and allocated spaces, however, on rare occasions, we may have to move you to an alternative space. Check our terms of exhibiting for full details. You can purchase a "Stand Guarantee" which locks in your stand and if we move you, you get your next event on us.
We provide space as close to the venue as we can and these spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
A Standard Exhibition Space is £175 plus vat. To upgrade to a Premium location add £50 plus vat.
An Exhibitor Extras Pack is £30 plus vat if requested. (Table, Cloth, Chairs, Power & WiFi)
